1) add a stop bd(yellow)
2) pick 3 white SB 3 blue SB n pass tru d stopper to form a ring
3) pick 1 yel SB  stitch tru white SB in d ring n pull so DT d new bd can rest BTW d bds
4) pick 1 white SB n pass tru d next bd in d ring n add andr white SB to d next one in d ring
5) pick 1white SB  3 blue SB n stitch tru d yelo SB added at d beginning of d round n pull into tube shape
6) add 1 yelo SB n stitch tru raised bd from prev round n repeat with core color from d next raised bd
7) add 1 white SB n 3 blue SB
Continue pattern till u get desired length.
