Skirts can be the foundation of a woman's wardrobe and there are many different styles to select from.
When making and selecting skirts fabrics, be sure to select some neutral colors so that they can be mixed and matched with several other apparel items. Colorful or patterned skirts are fun but they cannot be worn as often.
